Board of Directors
Our board of directors is made up of educators, parents and community members who strongly value the importance of a high-quality education for all students. The board meets on the second Saturday of the month (with some exceptions, see calendar below) at 2:00pm. The current location of board meetings is at the EARTH Montessori School.
Jenn Jordan - Interim President
Jenn Jordan is the founder of multiple Montessori schools in the United States, including the EARTH Montessori School, where she currently serves as a Teacher Leader.

LeRoyna Edwards - Secretary
LeRoyna Edwards is an educator and business leader in Columbus, OH. She is the founder and director of Goree Learning Center. Ms. Edwards has a Masters in Education and is a certified Intervention Specialist.
Andria Williams - Treasurer
Andria Williams (She/Her) is a 29-year seasoned HR Analyst, Master Educator, Instructional Designer, and learning management system administrator who is passionate about enhancing organizational performance through training and development initiatives. She holds an MBA from Franklin University and PSHRA-SCP certification.
Markia Miller
Dr. Rachelle Smith
Dr. Rachelle Smith works an education consultant for schools in the Central Ohio region. She has a doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Masters degree in Art Education and is a certified Intervention Specialist for students with visual impairments. She has worked in education for nearly 20 years. Dr. Smith attended Montessori schools as a child and rediscovered the significance of receiving a Montessori education while searching for educational options for her own children. Dr. Smith's mission is to make Montessori education accessible to all children regardless of race or income.
